The in-person session typically lasts 2–3 hours, depending on how many outfits, locations, and content ideas we’ve planned. I’ll guide you through every shot so we maximize our time and capture everything you need.

I recommend bringing 3–5 outfits with different colors and styles that feel like you — not a version of you that feels forced. If you’re normally casual, be casual. If you love bold colors, bring them. The goal is for you to feel natural and comfortable on camera, not dressed up in something that doesn’t reflect who you are or how you typically show up.

Yes — absolutely. I provide script support, talking points, and prompts based on your brand message and content strategy. You don’t have to figure out what to say; I guide you through the flow of each video so it feels natural and aligned with your business goals.

Yes. My entire process is built around helping you feel comfortable, confident, and relaxed. I coach you on how to deliver your message, where to look, how to speak, and how to bring out your authentic personality on camera.

We’ll choose a location that fits your brand aesthetic — somewhere visually appealing, comfortable, and aligned with your vibe. This could be your office, a co-working space, a café, a library, or a rented studio. The goal is to film in a space that feels like you and doesn’t look off-brand or out of place for your personality or business.

You’ll receive 20 edited reels for the full experience, or 10 edited reels if you choose the virtual package.

Posting management isn’t included; however, I do walk you through the best way to upload your content during our recording wrap-up call. I’ll show you how to format your videos, choose the right cover, and upload everything cleanly so you feel confident posting on your own.

At this time we do offer A La Carte at $150 per reel.
